Read on to find out about the six steps to success, or if you want to jump right to start your rental journey.

1. Register and start Search

Help us understand your requirements. We will work with you to find your ideal property. If we do not have one for you we will search the market for you

2. Visit Your Favourites

We will give you a list of suitable properties and pick the one's you would like to view.

3. Sign Holding Deposit Form

So you like a property we need you to sign a holding deposit. This will be no more that ONE WEEKS RENT and will be taken off your deposit

4. Pay Your Deposit

This will be no more that FIVE WEEKS RENT. This will be held via The Tenant Deposit scheme

5. Fill out the TLC Form

We will check your references. if all is well we will pass your details onto the landlord.

6. Agreement signed

Congratulations, you have a new property to rent. We will also carry out independent inventory and get signatures from all parties
